This has been Brandens favorite chocolate chip recipe for years, the funny thing about it you ask? I got it off the back of a Western Family Chocolate Chip bag. We love sweets at our house, and this is one that goes quickly!
Ingredients:
2 1/4 Cup Flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
2 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
1-11.5 oz Milk Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees In a small mixing boom combine first three ingredients, set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add vanilla and egg, beat well. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, mix well Add milk chocolate chips, mix well. drop by rounded tablespoons, 2 inches apart onto increased cookie sheet. bake 7-9 minutes at 375 degrees Remove cookies from oven and place on a cooling rack. The Best part about these cookies is they are made with MILK chocolate chips. We aren't semisweet chocolate fans over here, we are all about the milk.
