Hershey’s Acorns Kisses

 These little acorns are just as delicious as they are cute!  I saw these on Pinterest several years ago and wanted to try them, but it wasn’t until I went to a baby shower that I actually had them for the first time and absolutely loved them! I usually make them every year for one occasion or another and they are always a hit and for some strange reason the Hershey’s kisses just taste better in these little treats.  

Ingredients:

1 box mini vanilla wafers( or mini Nutter Butters)

1 bag chocolate chips

1 bag Hershey’s kisses 

Instructions:

1.  Melt half of the bag of chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds. Stir, and microwave in 30 second intervals until completely melted. 

2.  Pour the melted chocolate into a Ziploc bag and create a piping bag.  Cut a teeny tiny hole in the corner of the bag. 

3.  Pipe some of the chocolate onto bottom side of the vanilla wafer and stick the Hersheys kiss to it. On the top of the vanilla wafer pipe some more chocolate and stick the chocolate chip onto it. 

4. Viola! Done. Now let the chocolate set up and they are all set to serve!
