Yay for easy peasy dinners that you can make ahead and let the crockpot do all the work! ?? This is a recipe from my friend, Stephanie! This one is so good for how easy it is!

Ingredients:

32oz package precooked meatballs

13.5 oz can unsweetened pineapple chunks(set juice aside)

1 large green pepper diced

1 cup brown sugar

2T cornstarch

2/3 cup white vinegar

2T soy sauce

Instructions:

1. Place meatballs in crockpot and top with green peppers and drained pineapple chunks. 2. In a separate bowl mix reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and soy sauce. Pour sauce over meatballs, green peppers and pineapple. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until heated through. Serve over rice.   Enjoy!   for another great crockpot dinner check this one out! http://thisishowwebingham.com/recipes/slow-cooker-honey-sesame-chicken/
